Southeast Marine Services Customer Comments

Our Satisfied Customers

At Southeast Marine Services, we often receive letters or e-mails that we are very proud of.  As such, we would like to share them with you, our valued customer.

Larry:

With customer service like you give, I will be back and will send my friends
too. It is nice to deal with people who give good service.

Thanks,

Alex Holden

Larry:

Ever since we first met at the Oakland Sail Expo, you have given me
excellent free advice and great support during the construction of our
boat. On top of that, when we finally got around to purchasing all the
electrical equipment, you gave us superior service and fast turnaround,
plus went the extra mile and delivered a carload of stuff to us, saving
us the shipping charges. We really appreciated you and Phyllis coming
over to see our project during one of your hectic California trips. You
were only one of our two suppliers that made that effort.

It has been a complete pleasure to do business with you and I look
forward to doing so again. Rolls all the way.

Larry:

Attached is a photo of the battery & control center setup that you
designed and fabricated for my house in New Mexico. With very little
maintenance, the system has worked flawlessly for the past 2-1/2 years.
Thanks for steering me away from all the “solar scene” hype and
directing me to a practical solution that meets my electricity
generating needs. I am very grateful that I “stumbled” onto Southeast
Marine Services via the internet and have enjoyed working with you
through the development of my project. Best wishes.

Larry:

With three different batteries I never knew what was really going.
Since I installed the Shoreline Battery Monitor I know the exact
voltage of each battery at all times. I can also tell if my battery
charger and/or alternator is working. Thanks for your assistance
with getting it set up.

Larry:

"BS" MEANS BEST SERVICE

You'll find more than a few snake oil salesmen at places like the Sail Expo in Oakland, California. Sometimes you need deep draft overshoes to wade through the BS.

But from Larry Janke at Southeast Marine Services, the only BS you'll get turns out to be "Best Service."

I've relied heavily on Larry's advice and services during the past several years as I've prepared our 37 foot sloop to cruise the South Pacific. Alternators; regulators; wind and water generators; solar panels: Larry sells stuff that works – really works .

Buying stuff is easy. Bolting it on is altogether another matter. Larry has been there when I needed him to patiently hold my hand while I fumbled with equipment installation.

You'll get a lot of BS from Larry Janke. But the BS stands for BEST SERVICE!
