Shipping, all shipping is at purchaser’s risk. We will purchase insurance for all shipments and the cost of such insurance will be added to the charges for shipping. We reserve the right to add a reasonable processing charge to all orders for services including, but not limited to, crating, expedited or special handling or other additional services. Shipping costs are volatile and the website shopping cart program may not stay current. We will advise you if the shipping cost published by the shopping cart is inaccurate prior to processing your payment. We reserve the right to ship by whatever mode or with whichever shipper we deem best.

Battery Shipping: Some special conditions apply to battery shipping;

Note: Batteries over 100 lbs will ship by truck.

Batteries under 100 lbs will ship best way at our option usually UPS or FedEX. These batteries will normally be shipped dry with activation instructions ( the easiest way to do this is to take them to a battery shop and have them fill and charge them the first time, be sure they read and follow the provided instructions), to avoid hazardous materials charges unless otherwise specified by customer. There will be a $15.00 special handling fee per battery and hazardous charges will apply as wet batteries must be shipped by truck and trucking companies charge a minimum. It is better to ship batteries under 100 pounds each dry unless the total shipment weighs over 500 pounds. There is an 8% manufacturers surcharge for dry charged batteries but no hazardous charges will apply.

Marine Battery orders over 1000 pounds east of the Mississippi and 2000 lbs west of the Mississippi ship from the manufacturer for free. There may be additional delivery time.

Solar Battery orders over 2000 pounds east of the Mississippi, 4000 pounds east of the Rocky Mountains and 6000 lbs. west of the Rocky Mountains ship from the manufacturer for free. There may be additional delivery time.

5% Additional Charge For Export Crating.

Dry charged solar batteries will be  special ordered from the manufacturer and additional delivery time will usually result.

There is an 8% surcharge for dry charged batteries.

Return of goods: No goods may be returned without the issuance by Southeast Marine of a return authorization number. Please call 800-487-0610 or email info@semarine.com. All returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking charge, at sellers discretion. Special order items are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
