• It is specifically designed to enhance boating safety in conditions of restricted visibility and emergency situations (USCG rule 35).
• Signal Mate features push buttons for easy selection of specific signals including restricted visibility, danger / doubt and SOS (Inland & International).
• Light and horn can be operated separately or together (synchronized) with manual or automatic operation (USCG rule 36).
• A side connection allows plug-in of a portable search light for easy cockpit use.
• The controller can also be wired to a vessel's existing light and horn.
• Signal Mate Portable is a self-contained package containing; carry bag, controller, 106db compact horn, 360° high intensity LED light with visibility exceeding the USCG 3 mile requirement and is certified to ABYC A-16 and 72 COLREGS standards, 7 ampere-hour AGM battery and three stage charger.
• The unit is pre-wired and ready for immediate use.
