Our  long experience in the field and as the technical support group for Surrette/Rolls batteries has identified the leading cause of battery and other failure in marine, alternative power and industrial applications. Improper System Design.  In response we are offering technical support and design services.

 For existing Surrette/Rolls customers, technical support is provided at no cost by calling their customer service number 800-681-9914 or 503-543-2845.

For technical assistance for other products or systems, call 503-543-7710. The first five minutes of technical assistance is free. After that a charge of $ 85.00 per hour with a ¼ hour minimum will be charged. If your call is going to take more than 5 minutes please have a credit card available.

Design Services; Should you require professional design services for a marine, alternative power or other application, D.C.Dynamics Division of Southeast Marine can provide them on a contract basis. Our collective design experience is over 50 years and our design team includes Fred King PE  a professional electrical engineer licensed in Oregon and Larry Janke a graduate level applied physicist who is recognized internationally as an expert on battery physics and electrochemistry. Recent projects include design of the electrical system for large power  and sailing yachts, tug boats, other commercial vessels, Off Grid power projects, industrial back up electrical systems for many industries including petroleum and transportation. For you cruising sailors we did the design for the electrical system on  Bob Bitchin,s  of Latitudes and Attitudes magazine new Shannon 55.

Design services are charged at the rate of $125.00 per hour with a one hour minimum.
